There are six optional cooking demonstration classes being offered for the Syracuse Pre-Rally. On each of the days July 28, 29th and the 30th there will be a cooking demonstration by a professional chef from American Dining Creations in the demonstration kitchen in the vendor building. The sessions will be at 10am and 2pm each day and last approximately 1 hour 15 minutes each.
The chef will make tasting sizes of all the recipes for everyone to try. Items to include: Spinach and Tomato Omelets Chicken Piccata Steak Fajitas Chicken Marsala Pan Seared Haddock Beef Tips over Egg Noodles Chicken Parmesan Homemade BBQ Sauce served on a Chicken Breast Banana Nut Pancakes
All attendees will be provided with recipe booklets with all the recipes in them based on the equipment in our motorhomes. (Microwave/Convection oven & 2 burner cooktop) The cost for all 6 sessions, including tasting & Recipe Booklet is only $25. You must register in advance.
